- Friday, 9/25/09 from 7pm (you can start your private reception at 6pm or so)
- Bring some food for reception, JACCC will provide wine and utensils
- Coordinate with Kevin to park your cars. You can park in front of JACCC for unloading - enter from Azusa
- For both installation date and reception date, you can park on the dirt road behind the building - ask Kevin for the parking permit when you get in.
- Arrange with Kevin for weekend access (9/19 and 9/20), otherwise, galleries will be available for installation starting Monday, 9/21/09.
- Lighting - finish adjusting the lighting by Noon on FRI, 9/25/09.

- Sayon has designed the card. We all pitched in $20.00
- Sayon to mail the postcard to each artist when ready
- Leave some stacks at the schools you teach
- You are responsible for mailing the postcard
- E-mail Blast - Kevin will send us the JACCC press release when ready. All to use it for email blast.
- ArtSlant Listing - Tomo has posted the event. Please send Tomo some images and caption info so that he can upload them to the page. http://www.artslant.com/la/events/show/69938-aja-xxii
- YouTube - video footage from work-in-progress or installation to post on JACCC's YouTube channel and this blog. Please contact Kevin if you are interested.
- Gallery Talk/Panel Discussion - we could have an informal talk or discussion at the gallery, possibly on some weedends. Please contact Kevin if you are interested.
